What’s included in the plan?

One workspace (sub-account) for your brand/location, up to 10 users, unified inbox, CRM & pipelines, booking/calendars, forms/surveys, pages & funnels, automations, reviews/reputation, reporting, mobile app, integrations, and a live onboarding call.

Can I add more users or another workspace later?

Yes. Extra users and additional workspaces can be added anytime as simple add-ons.

Do I own my data and accounts?

Yes. Your site, ad accounts, domains, and contact data are yours. Ovanta is the software license. If you ever leave, we’ll help you export your data.

Can my team invite new users?

By default we create users for you (to honor the seat cap). Need another seat? Send a quick request—approved seats are added same day.

Do you run ads or just provide the platform?

Both are available. The plan includes the platform; managed services (ads/SEO/content/social) are optional add-ons.

Is this only for wedding vendors?

No. We serve local businesses, multi-location brands, and corporate teams—wedding/photo/video is just one of our specialty niches.

How do you improve conversions?

Will this replace my current CRM or work with it?

Either. We can migrate you to Ovanta or connect with your existing stack (email, calendars, ads, forms, web, analytics). We’ll advise on the simplest path.

Is my data secure?

Yes—role-based permissions, 2FA, encrypted connections, and audited infrastructure. We’ll configure least-privilege access for your team.

Can you move my contacts and past conversations?

Yes. We’ll import contacts, tags, and lists; where possible we’ll bring over deal stages and key history.

What kind of support do we get?

Priority email/chat support during business hours plus a help library, video guides, and a live onboarding call. Optional ongoing training is available.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime—your plan stays active through the current billing period. We’ll help you export data before it closes.
